Confessions of a Nutritionist: The Series

One of the reasons I started this blog was to show that eating healthy is easy when embraced as a way to improve your quality of life rather than as a punishment. Quite often I’m given judgmental looks when I tell people I am a nutritionist as I wolf down a beef burger and go on to order a sinful chocolate dessert. I’m sure you’re re-reading the previous sentence and wondering whether or not to continue subscribing to my blog posts.

That’s the thing. People expect doctors to never fall sick and nutritionists to always eat healthy.

I have a lot of friends who are nutritionists and we all have our food related vices but for the most part lead very healthy lifestyles. Thinking about this, I decided to have nutritionists from around the world send in a confession and a if possible a solution to tackle it. I had initially wanted to compile all the responses into one post but some of the people who have gotten back to me have sent in detailed comments which I think you will find interesting. For now I have asked friends from university to contribute but I’m open to having qualified (having a degree in nutrition/ dietetics) nutritionists share their thoughts as well.

I hope you enjoy the posts to come and a huge thank you to all those who have contributed.

  1. I do not even know the way I finished up right here,
but I thought this publish was good. I do not recognise who you are
but definitely you’re going to a famous blogger when you
    aren’t already. Cheers!
